ON HIATUS!

The IRTC is on hiatus for now. Administrative issues have led us to suspend normal operations until further notice. We will provide more details soon. The current rounds, Nov-Dec stills and Oct-Jan animations, have been opened for viewing and comment, but no votes will be tallied and no winners will be selected at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience [Jan 31 2007].

UPDATE: please see this thread on news.povray.org. In short, an effort led by David Buck (of DKB-Trace fame) will be creating a new competition infrastructure aimed at replacing/continuing the IRTC. Once this is complete this website will either redirect to the new site, or the new site will occupy this space. In either event, the old IRTC entries will be preserved. We will attempt to do this in such a way as to not break links that already point at the current site.

The November-December 2006 stills round is open for viewing and comment. This will be a non-voting round. The October 2006--January 2007 animation round is open for viewing and comment. This will be a non-voting round.
