With the server problems put to rest for now, the Internet Ray Tracing
Competition web and ftp sites are back on line.  The names are the same,
but the IP addresses have changed.  For people whose name servers have
the old address cached, the new address is "204.140.166.85".  That is,
if you have trouble connecting to "http://www.irtc.org/", try
"http://204.140.166.85" for a few days.  The same address can be used
for ftp also.

Many thanks to the people who offered aid and resources while the server
was off the air--Jason Pratt, Dick Balaska, Bill Marrs, Doug Sterrett
and Dave Overton, and probably a few I've forgotten.  It's nice to know
the competition has so many friends.

Since voting never really got started before we went off the air, and
since this announcement is going out so late today, the voting period
is extended to 21 May, with the winners announced on 22 May.
