Due to an error on the part of the IRTC admins (okay, it was Chip's fault),
there was a problem with votes submitted through WinVote.

If you submitted your vote with WinVote but have not yet received a
confirmation message from the "IRTC Vote Tallying Script", then you should
re-submit it.  Those of you who emailed by hand or ftp'ed your WinVote data
should have received confirmation by now.  You need to resubmit *only* if you
have *NOT* received a confirmation message.  All voters are invited to visit
the voting overview page on the web, to confirm that their ratings and
comments were received correctly.  Just follow the "vote" links from the front
page at "http://www.irtc.org/", sign in, and go to the overview page.

We apologize for this mixup, and to compensate, we will extend the voting
period another two days.  Therefore, voting for this round now ends on March
18, with the winners announced on March 19.
