If it isn't one thing, it's another.  This IRTC voting period has been fraught
with difficulty, and this announcement is about more trouble.

It seems we had an interval where we were out of disk space on our new server,
and votes (and some registrations) were being rejected.  So if you've tried to
submit your vote in the past few days and have gotten an error, or have not
gotten a confirmation message, please send it again.  Better to be safe than
sorry--if you have any doubt that your vote was accepted properly, send it
again.  Second, third, and subsequent votes simply replace previous votes from
the same person, so don't worry about voting multiple times.
        
We apologize for this difficulty, and to compensate, we will extend the voting
period yet again, this time through this Sunday, March 22.  The winners will
be announced on March 23.
