There is a new automated Topic Suggestion system in place at irtc.org.

This system will allow anyone (you must register with the IRTC first*)
to suggest a topic for consideration as a stills or animation round IRTC
topic. 

The system also allows you to cast your opinion ('excellent', 'good',
'fair', or 'poor') on any and all the topics that are currently in the
suggestion system.

Topics for future rounds of the IRTC will be chosen based on how everyone
votes for these the topics.

The system will be always on, use it now, but also come back when you
have a new topic idea and to see and vote on the new ideas of other
people. 

* - The IRTC registration is the same one used by the voting system.  If
    you are already registered with that, you are all set.
