The submission period for the July-October 2002 round of the Internet Ray
Tracing Animation Competition is over.  The animations are now available for viewing,
voting, and comment at

There were 9 entries accepted for voting.  If you prefer to download large
bundles, they are available in the directory named "zipped-up", under the name
"animations-*.zip" for the animations, all-posters.zip for the movie posters,
and "all-text.zip" for the text.

This round's voting interval is 14 days; votes will be accepted from
23 October through 5 November 2002.  Winners will be announced 6 November
2002.  Note that this is an adjustment of the normal period, due to a delay in
starting the voting period.

The October-January animation round of the IRTC is now open.  The topic for
this round is "Speed".  You may begin submitting for this round immediately;
entries will be accepted through 15 January 2003.
