The IRTC Admins have changed their email address.

We have phased out irtc@irtc.org and irtc-admin@irtc.org due to the
overwhelming volume of SPAM we are getting on these old and
well-published addresses.

We ask that people use a web-form to contact us from now on.  
Here is a link to our email form:

This web-form will send email to the new admin mailing list.  The
address for which we don't plan to publish or keep the same for any
length of time (you'll see the term "temp" in it to remind us of this).
These are steps to prevent further trouble from spammers.

We have updated our web pages and other references to point to this form
rather than list our email address.  If you find any place we might have
missed that says either irtc@irtc.org or irtc-admin@irtc.org, please let
us know.

From now on, we will not be forwarding email which is sent to
irtc@irtc.org or irtc-admin@irtc.org on to the new admin mailing list.
