Tracing Animation Competition, and the winners are:

   First place:   Getting it Online (rusty031.mpg) by John VanSickle
   Second place:  Side Effects (maal_sfx.mpg) by Markus Altendorff
   Third place:   The incredible Ant-Machine-Ant (hcb_ant.mpg) by Helge Bahmann

Due to low turnout this round, no Honorable Mentions were awarded.
