The IRTC has received a special request to announce the topic for the
next round (July-August 1997) a little early.  So, this one time,
everyone will be given an extra week to work on their image.

The topic for the July-August 1997 IRTC round will be "Magic".

Please do not submit anything for this topic until after July 1st, 1997
as the "Physics & Math" round is still active.
