On July 1, 1996 we will close the submission phase of this round of the competition, and on July 2, the images will be posted for viewing, voting, and comments. In order to vote for your favorite images submitted to the competition, you must register first, using your e-mail address. The voter registration web page, at "http://www.povray.org/irtc/view/irtc-vreg.html", has a handy form you can use to register. If your web browser does not support forms, or if you would prefer to register using e-mail, send mail to "irtc-vreg@povray.org". The body of the mail message must contain one line, with the following format: your_email_address your_password Separate the address from the password by at least one space. Your email address should be of the form "username@address". Your password is any string you choose. Neither the address nor the password may contain spaces.
