INTERNET RAYTRACING COMPETITION COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT: 2009 VERSION

By submitting any material to the Internet Raytracing Competition (IRTC), each entrant
agrees that by doing so they are asserting they have the right to submit that material
and further that they have to right to grant, and do permanently grant, the IRTC the
right to publicly display those materials via its website or via other electronic means.

The entrant agrees and understands that without such an assertion, the IRTC would be
unwilling to accept their entry into the competition. The entrant also agrees that
the IRTC is not bound to accept or display material submitted by any entrant and that
the IRTC gives no guarantee or undertakings to the entrant (or any person) regarding
the submitted material. The IRTC considers the material to be the property of the
uploader and makes no claim to individual items submitted, but does claim collection
copyright on the accumulated work.
