If you are using a Mac or a really bright screen, turn down the brightness, it looks much better that way. I recommend using Vmpeg to view it, and it should ideally be played at 15 fps. I've noticed that it does NOT play correctly with the windows 95 player. Everything except for the aerobody was hand coded and no post processing was used. I'd be happy to provide any of the objects needed to recreate the scenes except for the aerobody design. It is what is giving us the edge in the SunRayce competition... so we wouldn't want to just give it away to other teams. :) The only reason that I didn't include them was because I litterally have thousands of files. Just a few other notes, the final scene is an adaptation of the Midnight Sun IV logo used with permission by the Midnight Sun Solar Race Team at the University of Waterloo... and yes I know the lighting is a little wacky, but I guess the original artist wasn't familier with the concept of how the sun reflects off them moon. There is not a single external texture map (gif, jpg, etc.) in this entire animation! Everything is composed entirely of textures, pigments and finishes. That was more of a personal challenge because I find I often rely too heavily on them.
