===== From gregj56590@aol.com: Doesn't tell a story. Quite boring. What would it be like to be a fly trying to dodge the balls? ===== From agage@mines.edu: Nice, however I get the point after about 20 seconds. Having the animation do more, like moving the camera, might have added some substance. ===== From Martin.Magnusson.7121@student.uu.se: Too slow IMHO, pretty meditative though. ===== From chrisj@digiquill.com: Those balls must change mass on-the-fly... ===== From quinet@gamers.org: Nice, but a bit too static. You should try moving the camera around (and come back to the point from which you started if you want a loop). ===== From bill@apocalypse.org: oh sound... It's too bad the real thing doesn't do all though neat tricks. ===== From kentdj@revealed.net: The motion is nice and smooth, but I downrated the technical merit because of the inaccurate physics (the number of balls moving on one side of the cradle will always set the same number of ball moving on the other side). ===== From r@159.134.245.19: Its a nice one although I would have preferred more movement in the camera. Also, it might have been the aim but the physics did not look realistic : I accept the humoristic side of 4 balls bouncing off one only, but conservation of energy would make move the four slower. Conservation of energy seemed to have been respected for the height but not for the speed (although I cannot swear). I also like the way the title and signature come and go. ===== From r@dial-up40.webbernet.net: Decent modeling. The contrasting colors of alternate balls is a good touch. The balls need something interesting in the surrounding area to reflect. "Interesting", in fact, is the problem here. Things aren't *going* anywhere, and they are not doing it fast enough, though that may be partially the fault of my dinosaur computer. With no real change, no development, no story, I had to apply considerable willpower to watch this rather long for the idea anim all the way through.
