Good concept, and artistically very nice.

However, there are a few things that nag at the back of my brain when I
watch this.  There are a few things that just don't seem quite right.

The cars appear too smooth, which may be a result of the normal (or lack
thereof) on their finish.  The track, however, is excellent.

The walls could use a more sophisticated texture.

Also, my understanding of slot cars is that a single point holds them to
the track, so going around corners quickly would cause the back end to
swing out.

Notwithstanding, the animation is still quite good, one of the best this
round.

Vroom, vroom!  If only I could hear the sounds...
Good idea, and well done.  The animation is a bit dark, so I had to double the
gamma correction to see the details.  I like the reflections of the sky on the
tracks.  I would have liked a view of the whole circuit at the end of the race.

Wow, great animation!  Great subject matter too.  Great camera work, I liked
the driver's point of view segment.  I liked the lights, with flare.  Somehow
I would have liked more context though.  The ending came on sort of fast for 
me.

I really like this animation.  The only thing that got downrated was the 
overpowering glare from the little LEDs.  In my opinion, it would have been 
better to make the lensflares so understated that they aren't really noticible 
unless you are looking for them.

Decent modeling.  Pretty good background.  The start was a bit long.  The carpet
texture wasn't very mpg-friendly.  Needed to have a "finish" rather than just
"ending" if you know what I mean.  I was rooting for the yellow car.  This
