This is very beatiful. I love the way the "fish" move, their silvery
appearance and the blue shades, but I can't give a very high concept 
score, I'm afraid. I'd like to see something more, maybe some more
suttoundings, maybe some more individuality on the fish.

An extremely beautiful symphony of moving creatures. Artistically appealing and
a great technical accomplishment. Your algorithm, however, needs some tweaking.
 Minnows are not ever going to instantaneously change their position, as yours
appear to be doing in the jerky side to side motion. Record the "previous
velocity" of each fish and average the "new calculated velocity" with it.

Good Idea. But I don't think fishes really behave like that... I love that
effect when they show it in Documentaries - the glow and the incredible
perfection of their movements is spectacular. I would like to see the next
version of this movie - Watch some more National Geographic for ideas ;-)
