===== From agage@csee.usf.edu: Very nice. I have to wonder if this was started after the topic was announced, however. ===== From manorton@jps.net: Very nice. I am envious. See im really green. ===== From dlauer@optonline.net: I know we are not supposed to judge based on sound, but it helps a lot on this on. ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: Tough to compete with that. Once again spectacular! Do you do anything else with your life? The only thing I might suggest is spending a bit more thought on the concept... go beyond a battle scene... a bit more cerebral or as Steven Spielberg says somewhere above the belly. ===== From gregj56590@aol.com: I'm afraid that I have to ask: was this done within the timeframe of the contest and specifically created for the IRTC? ===== From ldnbruce@flash.net: Excellent models, very good aniamtion, not very original ===== From chipr@niestu.com: Very moody and atmospheric visuals. Excellent work on the robot--texture, modeling, everything was spot-on. ===== From mark.wagner17@gte.net: The low range of greys used in this animation, combined with the MPEG compression, make it hard to see what is going on. ===== From file: The sound quality is good, but the video sucks big time, particuarly at the end. Other than that, its a good professional job. Notable for lighting, modelling, textures ===== From file: Why did you use 3DS Max? We know that you can also do good POVing. Notable for modelling ===== From file: A very nice animation all round (although you don't have enough garishly coloured robots or chequered planes :) ). I thought though that the robot was quite reminisant of the Predator creature (shoulder mounted gun, infra-red vision) and the style a bit like the 'adverts' in Robocop. I'm amazed you did it all in 3 weeks. Notable for lighting, modelling, composition, textures
