This video shows the combustion, valve and steering working of a Moto
Guzzi-engine

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS ANIMATION WAS CREATED: 


The complete Motorbike was modelled in a simple CAD-Program.
Most of the sizes were estimated, but engine-block, pistons, camshafts and few 
other parts had been measured.
From CAD the surfaces were splitted into smooth triangels (controlled by a
Database 
include material properties).
The generated INC were fitted together by also automatically generated
POV-Files

After generating the BMP's with Pov-Ray, the MPG was created out of the AVI. 
(To some pictures the text had been added with Photoshop)

By working with the programs I oversized a little bit (18MB), the full video is
available on 
the web-page of a friend (available from 22.07.2000 on
