A pretty good animation overall.  The explosion didn't have enough punch too it
(the fireball was a little too small), but having done an explosion myself in
my animation, I can understand why it's hard to do a good explosion.  The sun
at the end looks great!

I definitely agree that the IRTC need to look at updating the codec
requirements. Quite a few free tools exist for MPEG-2 now.

There were some really nice textures, such as the moon and the starship. 
However, the explosion and starscape looked kind of silly.  Actually, the
explosion brought back nostalgia from late 80's 3D computer games (anyone
remember Carrier Command? -- heh heh )
