===== From AzChip@aol.com: Very cute idea -- I loved the 1950's sci-fi style of the music and design. Nice entry. ===== From philip.chan@home.com: The fire/smoke at the end was nice. The dog was also very well done. The last scene seemed a little choppy. The dog's flight was a little slow, and the transition between the dog biting one of the saucers to the saucers crashing was also somewhat abrupt. ===== From mbcx7tdy@stud.man.ac.uk: I like the dog - it has lots of character. However, the movement of the dog through the air when he attacks is a little unconvincing - he seems to stop in mid-leap, then drop down straight down to the ground? ===== From boomerkuwanger@aol.com: Personally, I would have sacrificed the audio to get better video quality. The dog and alien models were actually very nice (how in the heck did you get the dog's ears to flap like that -- that was really great). However, the motion and clipping seemed to have major flaws. Also, the stars were neat but it doesn't look good when they float around in the yard. ===== From socrates1999@yahoo.com: Few parts didn't really connect and why didn't the dog's mouth move when he barked? ===== From mark.wagner17@gte.net: The dog's movement is far too uneven, and he spends large amounts of time floating around in the air. Additionally, you have stars floating around in all sorts of places there shouldn't be stars, like the Earth's lower atmosphere. ===== From file: Notable for modelling ===== From file: Everything seems to be moving very slowly. The grass looks a bit over-compressed (with the mpeg conversion), and the sound isn't quite synched properly. But the alien looks cool, as well as his spaceship, I think you should have speeded everything up a bit.
