===== From maal-irtc20030115@anthrosphinx.de: Had an odd revelation on second viewing: the look struck me as being sort of a "Star Trek Intro Mix-up"- the asteroid DS9-like, the flight scenes like in VOY... nice work except for some hard stops of the camera movement. ===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: Really liked your opening sequence. The blue gas or exhaust coming out of your ship was a bit too steady and static looking. I think a bit more detail on your ship may have helped - I sense some of that was washed in the mpg encoding (perhaps to more on the modeling side next time or make your textures a bit larger and more defined). Nice space background. Your choice to zoom into the platform on the asteriod was probably too close - I found I was disoriented at that point (blue or purple screen), it would have been more effective to stay back just a bit to give the viewer a better perspective. ===== From evilsnack@hotmail.com: JV: The camera has sudden changes in its motion; this is unnatural-looking. ===== From tek@evilsuperbrain.com: Nice modelling on the space ship, but the animation's way too short! Also, the planets have black shadows but the dark side of the spaceship isn't pitch black, that seems a little odd. ===== From maarten_hofman@hotmail.com: A pity about the space theme, and the absence of any real events during the journey. Some nice fluent space ship movements, though. ===== From jps6860@yahoo.com: Very nice modeling, texturing and camera movement, but I get a sense that something is lacking. I'm not quite sure what it is. Maybe its the lack of story. In any case I did like the deformation of the ship when it goes into warp. ===== From clem@dhol.org: Simple. Straightforward. Nice joyriding ship. The flames need more turbulence. A spectacular starscape would help. Active for such a small file.
