MPGFILE: zzz.mpg RENDERER USED: Cinema 4D TOOLS USED: Corel Draw, Cinema 4D, Photoshop CREATION TIME: 3 days HARDWARE USED: Pentium II, 160 Mb RAM, and my lame 14" Olivetti VGA monitor ANIMATION DESCRIPTION: This is a 2d fashion animation maked up in a little 3d fashion. There's a cat sleeping, and as always happens, there's some boring barking animal, from who escape to. The topic is cute, I hope my animation too. VIEWING RECOMMENDATIONS: Windows Media Player works fine DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS ANIMATION WAS CREATED: This is the resume of the way that I work. 1- I began with a storyboard (saveTime) 2- I steal the general move of the animals from the Eadweard Muydbridge photos from Animals In Locomotion --the first movie scientist (in 1850?) 3- Make a lot of drawings, till I was comfortable with the feel of the movements. I scan them to see in a rough way the moves of the actors --make some helpers little video to see how to animate in general 4- Vectorize all the drawings in Corel Draw9, not automatically, just draw each of them. Export in the adobe illustrator to the aplication who understand the vectors. 5- In Cinema 4D, organize all the outlines, and make the extrusion of each piece of each draw. 6- Use the TimeLine to position the draws and render A bit messed process, really, took to me about 4 days on the complete makeup of the movie, but in the last day, I discover just how to ease and make it more quickly, (the workflow) and this work can be done just in 2 days.
