        This image was my second idea for the competition (VERY closely
related to my other, spiff.jpg). This is Calvin daydreaming about himself in
the shoes of Spaceman Spiff, his school teacher (Ms. Wormwood) calling him
vainly trying to get his attention. The test bubble, caption inside, and the
'Calvin & Hobbes' title were done with Adobe Photoshop. The background was done
with a raytraced image I did of Spaceman Spiff with Imagine 3.0 and I did the
lens flare, blurs, and gradient gray background with Adobe Photoshop. Calvin
in the foreground was also traced with Imagine 3.0. All the models are originals
I made specifically for this project. My other entry, spiff.jpg, is similar
but is just Spaceman Spiff with a 3-D (extruded text) caption.
