Internet Ray-Tracing Competition - Stills Directory

This directory hold all files that are specific to the IRTC's stills
competition.

Entrants should use the "incoming" directory for uploading.

Alls directories of the form YEAR-MONTH-DAY contain the entries for that
round.

A text version of the IRTC RULES (Stills) is available in the RULES
file.

template.txt is a template entrants can use for creating a txt file
(which is required as part of all submissions), also example.txt has an
example of what a txt file might look like.

The "accepted" directory is a link to the current active round's
submissions.  You can't view these files, but you can scan the directory
to see if your submission made it in or to see how many submission are
in so far.

The "vote" directory holds the comment files for past rounds.
