There is a similar image on ftp.povray.org that was the "title" image for the
Povray homepage.  You might want to try looking at that.  Something that should
considerably reduce the size of your source file is using either a "lathe" or
surface of revolution object.  In these, the data is stored in the form of an
outline to be rotated instead of as a complete mesh.

hard trying to convince me that it was SF, so I give it a ten.

More light sources would help this image BIG time.  Especially since you've
got the horsepower! Florescent colored (slightly blue) area lights in a
multi-inline arrangement (like a real overhead light) along with
more than one halogen colored spot.  How would they light this in a real
gallery?
And you really should make the bottle hollow.
