it is lence flaring ) from the sun. Did you use halo?

This is a nice picture.  I think it would have much more impact though if the
flower didn't look so "plastic."

This is not a depressing picture.  It gives a little hope: hope from the 
bleakest of despair.  (But don't let Superman see this!)

I love the sign and the buildings.

The lighting on the flower looks different than the rest of the scene,
kind of like a bad blue-screen in a movie. Other than that this is real nice.

A dim view of the future, with a tiny ray of hope.  Speaking of rays, the
lighting 
and sun object are very well excecuted in this image.  The perpective and focus

are extremely well implemented and do an excellent job of conveying the illusion

of distance.  The torn sign is an excellent touch.  Easily one of the top images

in the competition.
