big japanese art adds a nice touch.

At first I thought those slightly brighter points showing up best 
on the city floor were raindrops, but eventually figured out that
they were ONLY on the floor, thus must be peoples.

I Love the lighting in this one.  I think the city needs a little more detail in
this
picture though.  Maybe if the streets had a little more detail or you could see
a person
on a balcony on one of the larger buildings or something.

Nice atmospherics. Pretty good buildings, but the lights are too regular.
Howabout using rand() and a ternary operator (?:) to turn the lights on/off?

Very suggestive of Blade Runner--nice effect.  Why do the people glow?  The
large signature was distracting.

There may be too much ground space here. How about a few foreground buildings to
hide it?
