The planet texture is quite nice.

Nice background, is it a GIF (NASA)?
The space ships are a bit clean as stated on the other picture. Also the light 
that iluminates is comming from a unknown source: You can make the objects 
visible if you use lights on the ships or another ship illuminating them all. 
But, probably there should be a star some where giving the light.

By the way, do you know that out there there isn't air so a jet engine does 
make sense?

Ships need more texture. And the background is poor - looks like the artist
just took an air brush paint program and swooped the mouse back and forth.
