Great idea! I like the cute ship design, especially the yellow bus. The plain
blue background is too flat, though. At least put in some sky color gradient,
or soft clouds, or an ocean, or something...

The concept is nice, and the objects used are certainly very nicely done, 
but the whole scene still gives me the idea of looking at a piece of plastic..
maybe more use of texture and bumpmapping..

Loved it! First raytraced image to make me laugh. Could have used a little more
depth (meaning: detail), but I guess that wasn't the point.

The background could use some work.  I love the detail one the buildings.  The
ships are also very neat, I like the metalic look to them.

Best use of spaceships in the competition!  Your solid glass problem could be
solved by making it hollow (diff a smaller sphere from the big one), though
make sure the refraction and reflection of the 'inside' sphere are not going
to cause infinte reflections...
