RENDERER USED:PoVRAY 3.0 TOOLS USED:edit, Paint Shop Pro, RENDER TIME: Around 20-30 hours HARDWARE USED:Cyrix 486dx66 IMAGE DESCRIPTION:A spaceman crash lands on a desolate planet/moon and has no way of escaping. So he starts to walk... And ends up back where he started. Shame! DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:The height-field was created with PoV (wrinkles and spotlights, similar to the demonstration in PoV). The footprints were drawn in PSP and then a wind effect was applied. The man is almost all made from blobs which gives a nice fleshy appearance but it made placing him difficult since I don't know how big he is. A few #whiles were used in this scene for rocks and stuff along with rands which I find extremely useful. I did however have a problem to begin with as I called all of my counters the same name so the last one wasn't parsed at all! Such tomfoolery! Such drama!
