===== From chipr@niestu.com: Great scary concept, but the shading seems a bit flat. Too much ambient light, perhaps? Not enough radiosity? I'm not sure. The blood is very distracting--out of place as well as being too transparent. Very good stark modeling on the ruined buildings, and a strong sense of loss overall. ===== From mmandl@aol.com: I'm not sure how this fits into the topic. ===== From ucoakc00@mcl.ucsb.edu: Lovely. I laughed. Good job. ===== From bill.marrs@pureatria.com: Very good, I like the detail of the building in the background. ===== From tholal@bga.com: Great image! Very surreal. ===== From quinet@gamers.org: Good idea for the scene, and excellent use of the height fields. I love the broken walls with the windows. One suggestion: the textures look too smooth and flat, like if the walls were made in some kind of plastic. Using a grainy texture from "stones.inc" (with some modifications) and/or some bumpmap would improve the look of the walls, making them look more like concrete. ===== From jaime@ctav.es: Nice destruction and disaster ambient. Artistic and technical : Very Good! Jaime (jaime@ctav.es)
