Yuck!  Disgusting stuff.  But the picture is nice.  You could improve it by
scaling the wooden texture so that it is more visible (or change the colormap
so that there is more contrast between light brown and dark brown).  Also,
using some imagemap with "milk" on it instead of a blue band would be better.
The piece of meat is really nice...
