===== From agage@mines.edu: There seems to be a minor artifact just to the left of the egg -- a little yellow sliver of color off of the main object. Is that radiosity/lens flare, or an odd defect? ===== From wozzeck@club-internet.fr: Textures look poorly (a software problem?), but fine idea. Just a question: did you need a 3.5 kW motor to break an egg ?! ===== From cfusner@enter.net: The windows are a weak point, I felt. The shadows on the "panes" cause the sky to be shaded... Gives away that the windowpanes themselves are simply painted with a sky texture. We could call it a surreal effect, I suppose, but I felt it would look better with an sky "plane" outside the windows altogether, and well lit enough that shadows didn't fall on it. ===== From alex@astro.queensu.ca: the wire looks very realistic ===== From warwick@troll.no: Seems there is a gear missing, or one too many? ===== From SSchanevil@aol.com: I'm not a professional either, but I would kill or die to have the chance to use 3ds! ===== From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de: I can tell 3DS from a mile away... "glass" just does not look in any way like glass, more like fog. Transparency is not refraction, even is 3DS claims it is. The shadow on the ground is faulty, in the places where the machinery casts shadows, the table mesh's shadow is missing. ===== From web_user@sf-pm1-28-28.dialup.slip.net: Notable for modelling
