===== From woehrle@gfai.de: Really not bad for your first try. I specially like the little creature into which the sorcerer turned. But try to improve the effects of your light sources the next time; this gray over all light is not very attractive. Good luck and welcome to the club! ===== From jaime@ctav.es: Nice first attempt, please, continue working with POV.... ===== From libelle@webbwerks.com: Clever idea! ===== From lowellr@globaldialog.com: Not bad for a first attempt. ===== From cussat@infobiogen.fr: Perhaps more work on the texture will be usefull. ===== From egnork@eznet.net: What draws me to Povray and images is the feeling that I can do it. As you say, it "shouldn't be too hard", and even though it ends up taking a lot more effort than I planned or thought, it is not "hard", it is still good time. Neat idea. ===== From bnh@glasswings.com.au: nice and simple, everything needs to be more dirty and roughed up though.. ===== From amarok@geocities.com: Nice work on that frog! ===== From wozzeck@club-internet.fr: Very good idea. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: The quill and inkwell are great, although I would include a little ink within the inkwell. Or did every single drop spill out? ===== From cfusner@enter.net: A very nice idea. I think it would be more effective if either the magician's clothes were not transformed with him (ie. they are in a heap on the floor with the frog in the middle) or they were turned into a frog-sized miniature (which would have required giving the frog arms and an upright posture --- like a human who suddenly found himself in frogform.) The latter would also need a more wide eyed (panicky) expression on the frog. The former would need to see the scene from a whole different angle, with the spell paper on more of a podium while the camera looks down at the frog at its foot. Still, even as it is, its an entertaining concept. ===== From peter@table76.demon.co.uk: Made me smile :-) . ===== From chipr@niestu.com: Absolutely delightful concept. Execution is a bit cartoonish, but that works in this scene. Love the texture on the frog. Great job!
