Good idea and picture, even if textures are less realistic as with pov.
In your particular "bended arm" texture problem, I would (but did not) try
blending 3 or 4 times the same texture rotated along the arm, using a gradient
to keep the best possible - a kind of Mercator projection repeated...

 The Mickey-hands are a bit weak. If only Fantasia had been done with
raytracers ... A new twist or interpretation on the story would have
earned more thematic points. Overall very good.

Very cool, especially for a TrueSpace image.  The only jarring note was the
modeling on the hand--the central sphere should have been a blob or something
fatter.  Everything else is very nice.
