About the relection on the ashtray : if you mean the upper front part, where
there is a
half-circle without the checker pattern, I think this is because the reflection
comes from
the table. The table is circular, the reflection "has reached the end of the
table", so you
get this effect. It seems to be the right result to me.
By the way, this is a very nice picture for the first participation.
