Very nice modelling (with bulky patches this time :-), and good interpretation.
The settings are a bit minimalist, and I think the depth of field samplig should
be higher,
wich is a common problem even in demo scenes...

Well, now you have done it!  First you blew us away with blobs. Now you switch
gears and do just as well with patches.  Let's face it, you simply have a lot
of talent.  My only negative comment is, I'm splitting hairs here, this looks
more like a motherhood image.  Great job!
