JPGFILE: digin.jpg ZIPFILE: digin.zip RENDERER USED: POV-Ray 3.02 for Windows TOOLS USED: POV-Ray 3.02 for Windows editor, Photoshop 4.0 to create the wallpaper. RENDER TIME: 1 hour, 12 minutes, 30 seconds HARDWARE USED: 100 MHz Pentium with 32 MB RAM, Matrox MGA Millenium Video Card IMAGE DESCRIPTION: The classic "child eating spaghetti" scene. DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: I created this image COMPLETELY by hand, because I am now running Win NT, and haven't found a Windows-based modeller I like (waiting for Moray for Win with baited breath!). The head, hands, body, spaghetti, and plate are all blobs. I spent many hours moving blob components and doing test renders, and the spaghetti gave me fits. The spaghetti is basically a noodle texture (made using "marble") with an overlaid "bozo" spaghetti sauce. The hair and the eye- brows are image-mapped (as are the wall and tablecloth).
