Nice shot!  There isn't a lot of technical virtuosity evident, but
in all other aspects it is a quite nice entry to the subject.  The
figure adds substantially to the composition, and the pose draws
attention to the wonder of human flight.

I love the concept of the scene, however some work needs to be done on the 
details. Its hard to understand why the man and the railing are toned in dark
red. I'm guessing it was partly done to hide the lack of textural details.

Quite nice glider, the fins seem to short for reliable stabilisation, though.
I like theh fog/clouds in the valleys, but the earth surface texture should
have been higher resolution.

Nice image layout.  I like the dramatic pose of the human (unusual for Poser figures!), the striking, surreal texture on the gliders and the backdrop.  Unfortunately, the lack of antialiasing on the grillework detracts considerably.
