Without an explanation of the rendering software used, and the methods used
to produce the image, I have no way of determining whether this image, or
any portion of this image was produced specifically for the competition
(per the rules), or that there was no post-processing beyond that allowed
under the rules. As such, I've given the image the lowest possible score.
Now, beyond that, I find the image to be quite good, and the concept a good
one. I look forward to future entries. :{)

you provided no description of techique.  Perhaps
it is downloaded models and a scanned background,
all done back in '96.  Next time don't waste an excellent
piece of work with a substandard submission.

I can't really evaluate this due to lack of information.  Looking at it, I have
to assume it is mostly canned objects, backgrounds and textures.  If you
submitted no information due to language difficulty, you could have either
entered comments in your native language (some of us could have read it) or
asked for translation help on irtc-l.  This comment by clem@dhol.com.
