===== From cmorack@relex.com: I fail to see the night connection here. Sorry. ===== From agage@mines.edu: Interesting mix of shape and color, though I have trouble making out the contents of the various boxes... ===== From Martin.Magnusson.7121@student.uu.se: Very good concept! ===== From dormammu@erols.com: Very original.. well crafted. ===== From ethelm@bigfoot.com: Great detail. Well executed. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Nice harmony and arrangement. One of the better "collage"-type scenes I've seen. ===== From arcana@sinbad.net: Wonderful collage of images. :{) ===== From djconnel@flash.net: Well done!!! This to me is the concept winner, as it does an extremely effective job of compactly representing subjects and and objects associated with the theme. Each is very nicely rendered, and the general composition is quite nice -- it is clearly one of the contendors for the overall. The reference to Mcgritte (sp?) is brilliant! That image alone would be a contender (if it is in fact rendered and not a bitmap). The only weakness is the .txt -- it doesn't describe in much detail which components are modeled and which are bitmaps. It does make a difference.... this takes a bit off the potential tech score, but still I give this a high rating. What about the molecule and the polyhedron -- subjects of late-night study? And the flower -- a gift on a social occasion? ===== From r@dial-up30.webbernet.net: Objects are nice in themselves, but the collection has no real coherence and basically misses the topic. The essence of taste is selection. Also, some of the alleged themes have nothing "nocturnal" about them in my book. This comment by clem@dhol.com.
