I am an amateur 3D artist. I like doing photorealistic images and cartoons. I

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

The moon image is credited to NASA. (You can get it off their homepage.) I
created a .gif alpha image and mapped it and the retouched moon image onto a
disc. The bats are a simple pair of wings I animated over 100 frames. I then
made a particle spray, substituted the bat for the particles and set them to
start at different times (so they aren't all flapping at exactly the same time)
and set a random rotation so it gives an element of chaos and realism.

The trees are fractal generated faces with a leaf image face-mapped onto it. The
clouds are combustion (flames) objects with grey colours. The stars in the
background are a standard freeware videopost star generator (I don't know who
to credit this plugin).
