the mountains look like they are painted with glow-in-the-dark paint.
is the frog a stone statue? the image needs more work on the textures.
the modeling of the frog is quite good though.

Good work with the blobs.  The water is nice and pond-like, too.  The
water-lilies are too flat, though...

Also, the background could use a little more work.  Or, focal-blur would
do a nice job of focusing on the frog and hiding lots of detail in the
background.

Nice composition, and nice "cartoon-like" frog model!

However, you might check out the POV "help" file on using 
negative spheres to cancel out the overlap of
blob cylinders at intersections.

Also, the mountains should be rendered as smooth polygons,
not flat ones.

The lily pads are quite interesting...
