great image. the eyes make the scene very much alive.
however, i didn't notice the alien until i read the text...
i'm not too sure if it fits in... it makes the rest of the scene
harder to see.

I like the octopus and fishes.  The "grass" is a nice touch as well.

anyway.... (04 July).

Not bad -- the reflections are a bit interesting.  I am
not quite sure why there are multiple reflections.... it 
looks like an alien in the reflection :).

The grass is nicely done -- each strand a bit different.
also, the eyes, despite their cartoon-simplicity, are
very expressive.

The multiple reflections need some justification.

Creative way to make the octopus and suction cups.
Very subtle effect with the reflection of the alien.
