Nice water.  You don't know what a dolphin tail looks like, do you?
Scene really needs a distant ground fog to break up the sharp split line at the
horizon -- you should not be able to see stars directly at the water's edge. 
Also, notice the way the moon's reflection starts partway into the (infinite)
plane of the water... intentional, or flaw?  Luminous texturing gives the scene
a nice dreamy look.
