===== From d97ta@efd.lth.se: it has style and atmosphere. the clouds are maybe a bit thin/stretched out. the plants aren't your own, and since they are the main object in the image that's just a pity... ===== From ewgr@abaddon.globalnet.co.uk: I think the foreground plants look just grand the way they are. ===== From buck@cs.byu.edu: I LOVE the plants. Very nice job there. The background is exotic...I would suggest toning down the lens flare, though. It detracts from the rest of the scene. ===== From jaime@ctav.es: This one it's original. The plants are very realistic. Nice concept too. ===== From djconnel@flash.net: Nice!!! However, you need to work on the kinks in the plants on this one as well. Still, I like this one a lot. BTW I prefer the green plants to salmon-pink. It keeps it landed in reality. The sun looks like a square -- is that a sun or a lamp? ===== From 101741.541@compuserve.com: Very nice. You should have submitted only that one. (don't worry, I voted this one wisely). ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: At first, I wasn't sure what you were trying to achieve here. Then it all clicked into place. Genesis! Fascinating premise and viewpoint. The linear/annular visual theme brings a harmony of speed and energy to the scene. Great color scheme (far better than "chalky pinkish/salmon" plants). One of the few scenes where lens flare doesn't bother me. What's the dark crescent in the upper-left center? ===== From r@fermi.lancs.ac.uk: Fantastic foreground modelling. I would have dropped the naff sci-fi element and left it as a nice sunrise/set over an excellently composed scene. Notable for composition, modelling, lighting
