===== From Sean_Hamilton@amrcorp.com: Vibrant colors and a lot of activity. The spray looks a bit like clay, and the clouds look like embossing on a piece of paper. Wonderful lightening sphere! ===== From gmol@my-dejanews.com: Pretty good, the clouds look sorta embossed though...and the water closer to the viewer doesn't look quite right... Still a nice pic! ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Lots of energy here. Background clouds seem to be doubled. Maybe they are casting a shadow on the sky_sphere? ===== From djconnel@flash.net: Some comments: * The lightning is really well done! * A bit more description of how the image was created would be nice. * The ellipsoidal fragments need some work.... they don't look quite right. * The water texture is too blue and too opaque. * The cloud make me think I'm seeing double. This image has a lot of very striking elements, but it still has a few rooms for clear improvement. Still, it's a very interesting scene! ===== From bill@apocalypse.org: Very cool sense of action in this scene, my eyes went wide when I saw it and I was drawn to the explosion, then as I looked around I was pleased to see a nicely done crater landscape. The sky looks a bit odd though - like a ghost-image on a TV with bad reception.
