===== From roth@ens.ascom.ch: Nice Bucky Ball! ===== From Sean_Hamilton@amrcorp.com: Unique idea to include buckey balls! Perhaps some more interesting textures on things like the hurricane lamp. ===== From mwhite@concourse.net: Looks nice, maybe a bit to much reflection on the chimney. ===== From gmol@my-dejanews.com: I like the crystal ===== From jsaxton@folio.com: Very good idea. I really like the way some of the objects are sinking into the sand. The lamp is not convincing, especially the brass texture and the flame. I think the brass should be a little reflective. In fact, I think the glass should be a bit reflective as well. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: The diamond is superb. So is the soot on the chimney. High tech marks overall, but "collage" images are often shallow: they do not have an internal "story", a reason to exist. ===== From djconnel@flash.net: Wow -- this one has a lot of positives going for it. The concept is really good -- I like the carbon theme. And the representation of the objects is quite good. But the landscape, which takes up much of the image, needs a little work, I think. Additionally there is a general flatness to the image.... you need to work with your lighting parameters and/or consider using radiosity. Also a small detail : the pencil seems to penetrate the rock. But as I noted, I really like your theme and representation of objects. Dan ===== From bill@apocalypse.org: With a fw tweaks there might have been a story or something going on in this scene of "disparate objects".
