===== From scooby@pld.com: Nice image; however, the band is a bit plain (needs some imperfection for character) and IMHO it does not fit the topic. ===== From Sean_Hamilton@amrcorp.com: Theme is weak, but the diamond looks nice. Not very original. ===== From skywise@fix.net: Could've used a bit more, though I have a feeling simplicity was the goal of this scene... ===== From bobfranke@halcyon.com: Simple and elegant, but the gold seems a bit green. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: With an extreme closeup of a small object, tiny details become very important. Lettering is a nice touch. How is the platinum setting bonded to the gold? Good use of lens flare on the diamond, but too much of it is cut off at the top of the image. The stone doesn't quite have that characteristic internal sparkle. Probably due to the lack of diffraction. ===== From ethelm@bigfoot.com: It has the elegance of simplicity. Very Nice. ===== From djconnel@flash.net: Nice ring! However, too much of the image is black background. But I am sure you realize this already. ===== From wozzeck@club-internet.fr: ...and light, as seen through the multiple reflexions in the diamond, seems to open a WINDOW to another world... ;-)) ===== From 101741.541@compuserve.com: Being an admin must take much of your free time, so I won't say anything about the "too few" aspect. I'll suggest you take a look at the Pov 3 various gold textures, say T_Gold_5D or close ones, which I think would better suit (more realistic) your ring.
