With an extreme closeup of a small object, tiny details become very important. 
Lettering is a nice touch.  How is the platinum setting bonded to the gold?
Good use of lens flare on the diamond, but too much of it is cut off at the top
of the image.  The stone doesn't quite have that characteristic internal
sparkle.  Probably due to the lack of diffraction.

Being an admin must take much of your free time, so I won't say anything
about the "too few" aspect. I'll suggest you take a look at the Pov 3
various
gold textures, say T_Gold_5D or close ones, which I think would better suit
(more realistic) your ring.
