===== From scooby@pld.com: Interesting image. A lot going on. I like it, but it doesn't fit the topic. ===== From Sean_Hamilton@amrcorp.com: Hey! I'm at WORK! You can't show that kind of... Oh wait, they're not anatomically correct. I understand and like the message you have, but how about some hair, dirt, and loincloths! On a realism note, I think your scale of people to stonehenge is off, but I'm crediting that to artistic license. ===== From gregj56590@aol.com: Only weakly related to topic. I don't think cults of bald clones were very prevalent back then: that's the great limitation of Poser2, a program I own and greatly dislike. All the figures look identical and bald. ===== From tlyons@gnn.com: why no clothes? with as much time and detail you put in an array of druid type clothing whould have been perfect ===== From gmol@my-dejanews.com: The mystery has been solved :-)! Nice, but I'm sorry I had to knock you on theme interp.... ===== From ewgr@abaddon.globalnet.co.uk: I'm beginning to hate Poser II models, they all look the same. I like your concept and picture overall though. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Good action and research. But why is everyone nude and hairless? Also, on such a sunny day, the soft shadows are not necessary. ===== From arcana@sinbad.net: I think this image would have gone over much better with me if you'd clothed the men, rather than just importing them in from Poser. ===== From djconnel@flash.net: This one is extremely promising! However, there is too much repetion in the use of elements. The people look like cyberclones. The wood all looks the same. But the composition is excellent. Concept is a slight stretch, as you note. Dan ===== From wozzeck@club-internet.fr: Hard work on a bright idea, but I really find it... err... ugly :-( Just a matter of taste! I think some animal skins would have improved it a lot! ===== From r@ppp-sfx201--071.sirius.net: very detailed people Notable for modelling ===== From r@cust193.webbernet.net: Not too bad. The pieces are too uniform (the men look like clones, the stones all look alike, the logs do too). The distant background looks fairly good, but the fuzzy area where it merges with the Max material hurts the image a lot. Some of the stones look out of focus too, but the focal blurring isn't consistent and that also hurts. The bark texture is good, but the log ends are too smooth and undetailed. Some sort of headbands or woad or necklaces or something would personalize the men a lot, as would some variation in complexion. The rocks need more detail. The hole in the ground is quite nice, and the fellow trying to start a fire is a good touch. The ropes are the best part of the picture. This comment by clem@dhol.com.
