===== From witoslaw@kki.net.pl: Great idea! Actually I was thinking of something like this for the next round... ===== From jerry@hoboes.com: Very nice concept! The bugs look better in the background than in the fore- ground; you might consider putting more detail into the foreground bug. The highlights on your water is very nice. (This looks like it would make a good bug-adventure animation if you were to script a story for it!) ===== From jasondinger@hotmail.com: i love the ants! the story made this stand out! ===== From gregj56590@aol.com: Not photorealistic at all, but has a very pleasant consistent, fun, cartoony construction, which is more pleasant to the eye. But, ant's legs are unpleasantly hanging in midair. ===== From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de: Nice idea and story, but ... The water must be poisened; I've never seen such green water running out of the tap, when I last looked (probably some minutes ago) it was completely clear. The oterh properties of the water, IOR and reflectivity seem ok. The cutlery is too less matte, meaning the specular highlights are too big. The detergent bottle looks infinitely thin and not bending the light at all. ===== From johnson@pharmacy.arizona.edu: Nicely modeled! The ant in the foreground has to be touching the sink surface, though, it looks like its in mid air. ===== From jaime@ctav.es: Oye! ===== From Varyk@aol.com: this is very cute! I would have liked some ripples where the water lands= . Attention to detail is great. Nice use of csg...Who says everything n= eeds to be some bicubic superquadratic bezier blob patch anyway? ===== From arcana@sinbad.net: Hmm. one small point.. the dishes on the rack.. It's amazing how they are all lined up so perfectly. :{) Good image. ===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com: Good modelling on the various objects around the kitchen. ===== From ethelm@bigfoot.com: That is a cute image! ===== From peter@table76.demon.co.uk: I like the plate texture. ===== From r@dialup-78-168.infoserv.net: This scene is really funny! even if the ants don't have any knees and the image map for the bottle label is missing, the scene gives away a message and almost captures the feelings of an ant being persecuted by a water flow. Good work! Notable for originality, lighting, composition ===== From r@tk156239.telekabel.at: Hehe, nice and funny picture. The way it's done somehow reminds me on 'Toy Story'.
